(2) (except in UKLR and PRM) (in relation to a collective investment scheme ) a document containing information about the scheme and complying with the requirements in COLL 4.2.5 R (Table: contents of the prospectus), COLL 8.3.4 R (Table: contents of qualified investor scheme prospectus), COLL 9.3.2 R (Additional information required in the prospectus for an application under section 272), or COLL 15.4.5R (Table: contents of a long-term asset fund prospectus), applicable to a prospectus of a scheme of the type concerned.
