ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is committed to making its websites accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. This accessibility statement applies to beta-handbook.fca.org.uk, a beta version of the domain used to publish the FCA Handbook online. A final version of the site will be launched later in 2025. The website is run by FinregE on behalf of the FCA. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts;
  • zoom in up to 400%;
  • navigate the website using a keyboard; and
  • listen to the website using a screen reader

How accessible this website is

The beta version of this website was launched on 03 July 2025. It was built to comply fully with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

Our website contains a number of PDF documents. We know that PDFs can present accessibility issues for some users and we are exploring ways to use alternative formats. In the meantime, where required, alternative formats should be requested through the contact details below.

If you use a screen reader, it is best to use the ‘expand all’ option when viewing pages with lots of dropdown menus. This will make navigation quicker and easier.
