Use of the Site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use the Site. Please read these terms of use carefully before You start to use the Site.

This Site is hosted and managed by FinregE ltd, of One Canada Square Canary Wharf, London. registered in England and Wales under company number 11139011, on behalf of the Financial Conduct Authority of 12 Endeavour Square, London E20 1JN, under company number 01920623 (“Us” / “We”/ “Our” / “FCA”).

Online Subscribers

You must not disclose it to any third party. We also recommend that You log out of Your account once you have completed Your transaction or enquiry especially if You are using a shared computer.
12. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by You or allocated by us, at any time, if in Our reasonable opinion You have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
13. If You know or suspect that anyone other than You knows Your user identification code or password, You must promptly notify Us at Handbookfeedback@fca.org.uk.

14. We, or Our licensors own the copyright and any other rights in all material on the Site, other than any Parliamentary material, third party stock images (such as photographs) and other material as indicated.
15. You may print and download extracts from this Site for personal use or for use within an individual firm or organisation only.
16. No documents or related graphics on this Site are to be modified in any way.
17. Graphics on this Site are not to be used separately from the accompanying text.

Viruses
33. We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

43. If You would like to reproduce more than 20,000 words from the FCA Handbook You will need to apply for a Handbook Licence Agreement.

44. Part of this Site may contain material sent to Us by third parties. We are not responsible for any error, omission or inaccuracy in the material. We reserve the right to omit, suspend or edit any material submitted.
45. We are not responsible for any third parties We link to on the Site (with exception of links to fca.org.uk and subdomains). Any links provided by third parties should not be interpreted as approval by Us of those linked websites or information You may obtain from them and We are not responsible for the operation of any such links.
Applicable law
46. If you are a consumer, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland You may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, You may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
47. If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Trade marks
48. You may not use the Financial Conduct Authority’s or any third party’s name, logo or any other identifying mark on this Site for any purpose.
