third-party dashboard arrangement

an arrangement:

1. (a) entered into by a firm with permission to carry on regulated pensions dashboard activity; and
2. (b) under which a person, that does not have permission to carry on regulated pensions dashboard activity, makes a pensions dashboard platform, for which the firm is responsible, available to a customer.
