(1) permission to carry on regulated activities; that is, any of the following:
1. (a) a Part 4A permission;

5. (e) the permission that an ICVC has, under paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 5 to the Act (Persons concerned in Collective Investment Schemes);
6. (f) the permission that the Society of Lloyd’s has, under section 315(2) of the Act (The Society: authorisation and permission), which is to be treated as a Part IV permission for the purposes of Part 4A of the Act (Permission to carry on regulated activities) in accordance with section 315(3) of the Act.
