TP AIFM qualifier

an EEA AIFM which is marketing, or has marketed, an AIF in the UK by:

1. (a) exercising its right to market in relation to funds referred to in paragraph (2) of regulation 78A of the AIFMD UK regulation; and
1. (b) is not exercising a right to manage a UK AIF under temporary permission.
