(in accordance with regulation 28 or 34 of the EEA Passport Rights (Amendment, etc., and Transitional Provisions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018), as the case may be, Part 4A permission (or variation to that permission) that a person is treated as having under regulation 28 or 34 of those Regulations.
