intermediation of structured deposits

(in COMP and FEES 6) any of the following:

1. (1) direct sales of structured deposits;
2. (2) in relation to structured deposits:
   1. (a) advising on investments; or
   2. (b) dealing in investments as agent; or
   3. (c) arranging (bringing about) deals in investments; or
   4. (d) making arrangements with a view to transactions in investments; or
   5. (e) managing investments; or
   6. (f) providing targeted support.
