      1. (bc) (for an AIF other than an ICVC, an AUT or an ACS) the fund rules, instrument of incorporation or other constituting documents of such an AIF;
      1. (c) (in relation to a collective investment scheme other than an AIF or a UCITS) any instrument to which the operator is a party setting out any arrangements with any other person relating to any aspect of the operation or management of the scheme.
