trust deed

      1. (1) (in UKLR ) a trust deed or equivalent document securing or constituting debt securities.
      1. (2) (in COLL) the deed referred to in COLL 3.2.3 R (The trust deed for AUTs), together with any deed expressed to be supplemental to it, made between the manager and the trustee (or, in the case of a recognised scheme that is a unit trust scheme, the instrument constituting the fund as amended from time to time).
