   1. (i) a full-scope UK AIFM; and
   1. (ii) [deleted]
1. (b) has a Part 4A permission for managing investments where:
   1. (i) the investments managed include one or more financial instruments; and
   1. (ii) the permission is limited to the activities referred to in FUND 1.4.3R(3) to (6).
