redress determination

    a written communication from a respondent under a consumer redress scheme which:

      1. (a) sets out the results of the respondent's determination under the scheme;
      1. (b) encloses a copy of the Financial Ombudsman Service's standard explanatory leaflet; and
      1. (c) informs the complainant that if he is dissatisfied, he may now make a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service and must do so within six months.
