receiving UCITS

(in COLL and in accordance with regulations 7 and 8 of the UCITS Regulations 2011 ) in relation to a UCITS merger, the UCITS scheme or sub-fund of that scheme, whether it is an existing scheme (or a sub-fund of it) or one that is being formed for the purpose of that merger, which under the proposed arrangements will be receiving the assets and liabilities of one or more merging UCITS.
