merging UCITS

(in COLL and in accordance with regulations 7 and 8 of the UCITS Regulations 2011 ) in relation to a UCITS merger, the UCITS scheme or sub-fund of such a scheme, that under the proposed arrangements will be transferring all its assets and liabilities to the receiving UCITS.
