authorised electronic money institution

(in accordance with regulation 2(1) of the Electronic Money Regulations):

1. (a) a person included by the FCA in the Financial Services Register as an authorised electronic money institution pursuant to regulation 4(1)(a) of the Electronic Money Regulations; or
1. (b) a person deemed to have been granted authorisation by virtue of regulation 74 of the Electronic Money Regulations.
