a distance contract, the making or performance of which constitutes, or is part of:

1. (a) advising on a home purchase plan;
1. (b) arranging (bringing about) a home purchase plan;
1. (c) making arrangements with a view to a home purchase plan; or
1. (d) agreeing to carry on a regulated activity in (a) to (c).
