arranging (bringing about) a home purchase plan

the regulated activity, specified in article 25C(1) of the Regulated Activities Order, which is in summary: making arrangements for another person to:

1. (a) enter into a home purchase plan as home purchaser; or
1. (b) vary the terms of a home purchase plan entered into by him as home purchaser on or after 6 April 2007.
