(in COLL) for a recognised scheme, a certificate or other documentary evidence of title, for which provision is made in the instrument constituting the fund, which indicates that:

1. (a) the holder of the document is entitled to the units specified in it; and
1. (b) no entry will be made on the register identifying the holder of those units.
