UK law on market abuse

  1. (1) assimilated law relating to the Market Abuse Regulation including:
    1. (a) the requirements in the Act related to the Market Abuse Regulation including the market abuse regime;
    2. (b) the Market Abuse Regulation;
    3. (c) the Market Abuse Regulation regulatory technical standards and implementing technical standards;
    4. (d) the Criminal Justice Act 1993;
    5. (e) the Financial Services Act 2012; and
    6. (f) FCArules relating to the Market Abuse Regulation;
  2. (2)  FCArules substituting the Market Abuse Regulation; and

  3. (3) FCArules substituting assimilated law in (1)(b) and(c).
