regulated deferred payment credit agreement

has the meaning given by section 189 of the CCA and article 36FB of the Regulated Activities Order – that is, an agreement:
1. (a) which meets each of the conditions set out in article 60F(2)(a) to (d) (exempt agreements: exemptions relating to number of repayments to be made) of the Regulated Activities Order; and
2. (b) to which article 60F(7A) of the Regulated Activities Order applies.
