relevant complaint
- (1) (in DISP) a relevant existing complaint, relevant new complaint, a relevant transitional complaint, and (in DISP and FEES 5) a relevant claims management complaint and a relevant transitional funeral plan complaint.
- (2) (in REC) (as defined in section 299(2) of the Act (Complaints about recognised bodies)) a complaint which the FCA considers is relevant to the question of whether a recognised body should remain a recognised body.
