2.      (i) NZX Main Board; 

3.      (ii) Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange; 

4.      (iii) New York Stock Exchange; 

5.      (iv) First North Denmark SME Growth Market operated by NASDAQ COPENHAGEN A/S; or

6.      (v) Nasdaq First North Sweden SME Growth Market operated by NASDAQ Stockholm AB;

7. (b) any regulated market; 

8. (c) any EU regulated market;

9. (d) any recognised overseas investment exchange;

10. (e) any SME growth market; or

11. (f) any third country market considered equivalent to a regulated market to which Article 2a of EMIR applies.
