(1) (in UKLR and for the purposes of the definition of plain vanilla listed bond) the list maintained by the FCA in accordance with section 74(1) of the Act for the purposes of Part VI of the Act.
(2) (except in UKLR and for the purposes of the definition of plain vanilla listed bond):
1. (a) the list maintained by the FCA in accordance with section 74(1) of the Act (The official list) for the purposes of Part VI of the Act (Official Listing);
2. (b) any corresponding list maintained by a competent authority for listing in another EEA State.
