  1. (1) assimilated law relating to MiFID including:
    1. (a) requirements imposed by or under the Act;
    2. (b) MiFIR;
    3. (c) MiFIR Delegated Regulation;
    4. (d) MiFID regulatory technical standards and implementing technical standards;
    5. (e) MiFIR regulatory technical standards and implementing technical standards;
    6. (f) MiFI Regulations;
    7. (g) FCArules relating to MiFID; and
    8. (h) PRArules relating to MiFID.
  2. (2) FCArules and PRArules substituting the UK version of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/565 of 25 April 2016 which was part of UK law by virtue of the EUWA as at 23 October 2025.
  3. (3) FCArules substituting assimilated law in (1)(b) to (f).
