(in MIFIDPRU) the value of orders, as calculated in accordance with the rules in MIFIDPRU 4.10 (K-COH requirement), that a firm handles for clients when providing the following services, where the services constitute MiFID business:

1. (1) reception and transmission of client orders; and
1. (2) execution of orders on behalf of clients.
