trust arrangement

      1. (1) in relation to a new funeral plan, a trust meeting the requirements of FPCOB 3.1.9R;
      1. (2) in relation to a subsisting funeral plan, a trust that was established to meet the requirements of article 60(1)(b) of the Regulated Activities Order, as it applied at that time.
