(in MIFIDPRU) the value of assets, as calculated in accordance with the rules in MIFIDPRU 4.7 (K-AUM requirement), that a firm manages for its clients under the following arrangements, where the arrangements constitute MiFID business:

1. (1) discretionary portfolio management; and
1. (2) non-discretionary arrangements constituting investment advice of an ongoing nature.
