3. (c) SYSC 6.1.2-AR, SYSC 6.1.3-AR, SYSC 6.1.3-BR, SYSC 6.1.3-CR and SYSC 6.1.5AR; or
4. (d) [deleted]
5. (e) article 61 of the AIFMD level 2 regulation (Permanent compliance function).
