consolidated tape provider

a person permitted under the DRS Regulations to provide the service of:

1. (a) collecting trade reports for financial instruments made in accordance with articles 6, 7, 10, 12, 13, 20 and 21 of MiFIR from regulated markets, UK MTFs, UK OTFs and APAs; and
1. (b) consolidating them into a continuous electronic live data stream providing price and volume data per financial instrument.
