temporary PI authorisation

(in accordance with paragraph 26(4)(a)(i) of Part 3 of Schedule 3 to the E-money and Payments Transitional Provisions Regulations), authorisation as an authorised payment institution under the Payment Services Regulations 2017, that a person is taken as having under paragraph 26(4)(a)(i) of Part 3 of Schedule 3 to those Regulations.
