means financial instruments:

1. (a) as defined in article 2(1)(24)(c) of MiFIR;
1. (b) which relate to a commodity or an underlying referred to in paragraph 10 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Regulated Activities Order; or
1. (c) which are referred to in paragraphs 5, 6, 7 or 10 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Regulated Activities Order.
