a report produced in accordance with ESG 2.3 in respect of any of the following, insofar as it is a TCFD product:

1. (1) an authorised fund;
1. (2) a with-profits fund;
1. (3) a linked fund;
1. (4) a pre-set investment portfolio;
1. (5) a closed-ended investment fund; or
1. (6) an unauthorised AIF managed by a UK AIFM that is listed on a recognised investment exchange; this includes an investment trust.
