FS claims management agreement

a regulated claims management agreement for:

1. (1) advice, investigation or representation in relation to a financial services or financial product claim; or
1. (2) seeking out, referrals and identification of claims or potential claims in relation to a financial services or financial product claim,

or any combination of these activities, except to the extent that the activity is subject to the PPI claims management fee cap.
