member of the management body

(in relation to a UK recognised body) any one of the following:

1. (a) its chairman or president; or
1. (b) its chief executive; or
1. (c) a member of its governing body; or
1. (d) a person who, alone or jointly with one or more others, is responsible under the immediate authority of a person in (a), (b) or (c) or a committee of the governing body for the conduct of any relevant function.
