one or more of any of the following activities:

1. (1) advice, investigation or representation in relation to a financial services or financial product claim; and
1. (2) seeking out, referrals and identification of claims or potential claims in relation to a financial services or financial product claim,

except to the extent that the activity is subject to the PPI claims management fee cap.
