(in accordance with section 59ZB of the Act (Designated senior management functions):
(a) a function that has been designated by the FCA in SUP 10C (FCA senior managers regime for approved persons in SMCR firms) as a designated senior management function; or
(b) a function of a description specified in rules made by the PRA under section 59(3)(a) of the Act (Approval for particular arrangements).
