MCD mortgage arranger

    a mortgage arranger who:

      1. (a) by way of business and for remuneration (which may take a pecuniary form or any other agreed form of financial consideration), carries out an activity of the kind specified in article 25A(1)(a) or (2A) of the Regulated Activities Order in relation to MCD regulated mortgage contracts; and
      1. (b) is not merely introducing, either directly or indirectly, a consumer to an MCD firm.
