MCD credit broker

    a credit broker who:

      1. (a) for remuneration (which may take a pecuniary form or any other agreed form of financial consideration), carries out an activity of the kind specified in article 36A(1)(d), (e) or (f) of the Regulated Activities Order in relation to MCD article 3(1)(b) credit agreements; and
      1. (b) is not merely introducing, either directly or indirectly, a consumer to an MCD firm.
