    an article 3(1)(b) credit agreement that is:

      1. (a) an MCD exempt bridging loan;
      1. (b) an MCD exempt credit union loan;
      1. (c) an MCD exempt overdraft loan;
      1. (d) an MCD exempt lifetime mortgage; or
      1. (e) an exempt agreement for the purposes of Chapter 14A of the Regulated Activities Order pursuant to article 60H of that Order.
