whole of life insurance policy

      1. (1) in relation to a new funeral plan, a contract of insurance meeting the requirements of FPCOB 3.1.8R;
      1. (2) in relation to a subsisting funeral plan, a contract of insurance that was entered into to meet the requirements of article 60(1)(a) of the Regulated Activities Order, as it applied at that time.
