GCT parent undertaking

a relevant financial undertaking that:

1. (1) is a parent undertaking; and
1. (2) either:
   1. (a) is an authorised person; or
   1. (b) satisfies both of the following conditions:
      1. (i) it is incorporated in, or has its principal place of business in, the UK; and
      1. (ii) it has a MIFIDPRU investment firm as a subsidiary.
