community benefit society

a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 which fulfils the condition in section 2(2)(a)(ii) of that Act or a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 1969 which fulfils the condition in section 1(2) (a)(ii) of that Act.
