      1. (1) (in CONC App 1.1) the rate of the total charge for credit (calculated in accordance with CONC App 1.1.7 R).
      1. (2) (in CONC App 1.2) the rate of the total charge for credit (calculated in accordance with CONC App 1.2.4 R), expressed as an annual percentage of the total amount of credit.
