collective portfolio management firm

a firm which:

1. (a)
   1. (i) is a full-scope UK AIFM; and
   1. (ii) does not have a Part 4A permission to carry on any regulated activities other than those in connection with, or for the purpose of, managing collective investment undertakings; or
1. (b) is a UCITS firm that has a Part 4A permission for managing a UK UCITS.
