    rules in COLL made by the FCA under section 261I of the Act (Contractual scheme rules) in relation to:

      1. (a) the constitution, management and operation of ACSs;
      1. (b) the powers, duties, rights, and liabilities of the authorised fund manager and depositary of any such scheme;
      1. (c) the rights and duties of the participants in any such scheme; and
      1. (d) the winding up of any such scheme.
