administering a specified benchmark

The regulated activity, specified in article 63O(1)(b) of the Regulated Activities Order, which means:

1. (1) administering the arrangements for determining a specified benchmark, or
1. (2) collecting, analysing or processing information or expressions of opinion for the purpose of determining a specified benchmark, or
1. (3) determining a specified benchmark through the application of a formula or other method of calculation to the information or expressions of opinion provided for that purpose.
