PRA-authorised person

as defined in section 2B(5) of the Act, an authorised person who has permission:

1. (a) given under Part 4A of the Act; or
1. (b) resulting from any other provision of the Act;

to carry on regulated activities that consist of or include one or more PRA-regulated activities.
