domestic UCITS merger

(in COLL and in accordance with regulations 7 and 8 of the UCITS Regulations 2011 ) a UCITS merger between two or more UCITS schemes in relation to which a UCITS marketing notification has been made in respect of at least one of the relevant schemes.
