in relation to a management company, the activity of management of UCITS schemes, EEA UCITS schemes or other collective investment undertakings not covered by the UCITS Directive that the management company is permitted to carry on in accordance with COLL 6.9.9R or article 6(2) of the UCITS Directive as applicable. This includes the functions mentioned in Annex II to that directive.
