UK financial system

(as defined in section 1I of the Act (Meaning of "the UK financial system" )) the financial system operating in the United Kingdom including:

1. (a) financial markets and exchanges;
1. (b) regulated activities (including regulated claims management activities); and
1. (c) other activities connected with financial markets and exchanges.
